betway not paying my winnings

I have been using betway for sometime and I have withdrawn before but recently I'm having issues withdrawing my money first I won some cash and they asked me to send through the documents of which I did a thousand times without any luck and I ended up playing my winnings because they were telling me that I cannot withdraw my money without playing my wager of which I did and I contacted their support team and I was told that everything was sorted I can proceed playing and I received an email from Maddy who confirmed that everything was on par. To my suprise I have won again and yet I cannot withdraw my winnings this time it's even worse they even blocked my account with all my winnings nothing was received from betway. I'm calling their support and they are telling about 72 hours of which that has passed a long time ago I'm so disappointed in betway , they you treat us it's so unfair , can someone please sort out my account and contact me this so heart breaking. Such a big company that can not resolve such a pity issue instead you witholding my money , I want what's mine
