Betway not looking at evidence

The events of the over was W, 1,1,2,0 now that is 5 ***** bowled. They called over finished. So a new bowler came in from the opposite end. Now to my understanding. Once a new bowler is bowling from the opposite end its a new over. The first two ***** the new bowler bowled was hit for 2 runs each. Betway or the sporst trader added the first 2 runs to the 8th over. Ive made 2 queries about this and still they say the last ball in the 8th over was 2 runs. But how when it was bowled from a different end. Its on video evidence aswell. So either they arent looking at the evidence or they just want to take peoples money. Ive spent thousands on betway and this is the way you treat a loyal customer. This will be the last time im using this site.</div>
