Betway - No care whatsoever

I don't understand why you guys would call me and promise to investigate my query when in actual fact you are doing nothing about it. It's 6 days later since your call but nothing is happening and I still get to experience same problem which highlighted to you. Can someone from Betway that really cares about customer care attend to my query. I'm tired of this. I have sent countless emails to you I know I shouldn't have bothered because no one ever respond!
