Betway locked my account

I have bad experience with Betway, I have an account with it, last week Thursday I won R450, Friday morning I login to my I saw my winning, an hour later I login again find that I have R0.35, I contacted them the told me that someone withdrawn my money, but I didn't make any withdrawn and I didn't know anything about that Withdrawal, they told me that they will lock my account temporarily to resolve the issue, I had to email ID photos back and front, and my photo holding my ID and bank statement to show that I have deposited money on my account, after they receive those documents my account will be unlocked within 48hrs, I submitted everything that was requested from me but until to day my account is still locked, everytime when I contact them they says it will be unlocked today but now is 6days my account is locked, please I want my account back

Hi I like to know that until now you are still doing the investigation for me to receive my refund or is already done what is the feedback, because I reported this an immediately when I realized that my winning are no longer in my account and I was told that someone withdraw and I saw the bank account that is in my account is not my bank account, I think it was still possible to reverse the money because it was less than an hour when I reported it. I like to know when the investigation will finish
