Hi thank you for the call
As much as you advised that the amount gifted was a system error I still feel if that is what was given first than that is what should be honored . As I said if i used that original amount ot was a mistake on your end. Why cant you than stick with what was given instead of all these complications. If u made a mistake and gave a higher amount take accountability and give the amount. Dont justify a lower amount as it's wrong guys. Are we willing to treat a long standing client like this? Are u able to please honor the original amount and let's move past this please guys .
