Betway issues
If I could I would give Betway half a star. Don't get me wrong. Customer service guys and My host are phenomenal but The actual site itself is such a let down. I have done several cash out and I get a message stage timed out I have screenshots to prove.. and I get told that there was a problem with my internet. Which is not the case. Disappointing. Guess it's time I "stage time out" myself. I have been loyal for the past 3 years. But yeah the house always wins. The resulting team always makes sure of that. Sad........ And this is not me being bitter but rather disappointed.

The ‘Cash Out’ amount is calculated based on the current odds and is subject to change depending on when you chose to accept a 'Cash Out'. If ‘Cash Out’ is available for a placed bet, the corresponding symbol will be displayed in the ‘My bets’ section of My Account or through the Betslip “My Bets’ Widget.
The ‘Cash Out’ functionality is available for single and multi-bets only.
Where any bet is frozen or closed immediately after the customer's request, but before the conclusion of the 'Cash Out', the 'Cash Out' will be blocked.
If the ‘Cash Out’ value has changed immediately after the customer’s request, but before the conclusion of the 'Cash Out', a message confirming this change will be displayed to the player, and the player must then confirm if they are happy to accept the change.
We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend ‘Cash Out’ offers without further notice.
We do not guarantee the availability of ‘Cash Out’ offers for any event or betting type at any time, even if it has been previously offered for the same event or betting type.

Let's read your reviews here on This platform and see how many other concerns, complaints and queries you have regarding the same issue. Common denominator. 😢. So back to basics, you accept my wager but refuse to allow me to cash out. How convenient. Please elaborate on the abuse of the cash out feature?. This will be an interesting read. And Just FYI. I have shared no thrills and definitely no love Betway used to be an enjoyable site until people started getting ******
