Betway incorrect payouts

I was lucky enough to win 3 times on the casino platform but the payouts did not match the win. I won R94 with a 48 multiplier and the game paid out R3000 My 2nd win was R78 with a multiplier of 108, the game paid out R6000 The last with was R496 with a multiplier of 10 and the payout was R3000.

This was on the pragmatic game called buffalo king. I have managed to log this on the incredible hard messaging system but no one has gotten back to me.

Please check your winnings, Betway is not being truthful with there payouts.

This is unexceptable and really bad service.
