Betway incompetence

Betway is absolutely falling apart .. Firstly i had a query to sort out with a agent through your chat option .. Waited almost an hour to speak to one and when i eventually did he did not have a clue about anything .. I knew more about betway than the actual agent did .. Told him we as supporting customers have been waiting patiently for the technical errors to clear .. Waited 24 hours + for a lousy cricket bet to clear with no complaints. So i requested to see if i can get a retention bonus as most complaining customers did .. The agent Kagiso had no clue how to assist me which is totally unacceptable having been with betway for a very long time .. Looks like ill be joining hollywood soon and will also be advising everbody i know to do the same .. Betway does not show love to their customers and i have been loyal ever since .. Will be going to twitter soon
