Betway holding my money
Subject: BETWAY IS HOLDING MY MONEY - Account Blocked *** - TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
I am FED UP with Betway!!
I won R3000 + Standard Bank vouchers on the 25th. The moment I tried to withdraw MY winnings, my account *** was blocked with an error! My current number that I want to update is ***
For weeks I have been calling Betway to update my number and do facial verification. Every agent promises they will fix it, last weekend they promised again - NOTHING was done! LIES!
I sent emails with my ID and photo as they requested - NO ONE REplies! They just ignore emails!
This is unacceptable. You take our money quick but when we win you block accounts! I want my account unblocked and my R3000 paid IMMEDIATELY!
Betway, resolve this NOW! 😡

04 Sept 2026, 17:10Can you please provide me with that link number of 063 as it might be an old number I don’t even remember and let me know if that number I can’t find what is an alternative way please this is too frustrating as I provided you with all my details and including the *** which I used as my login and password I gave my names and identification number still this is dragging but you see I have Standard Bank voucher how will this be resolved

I am writing regarding my account ***. Again
Are you able to process logins and verifications for 064 numbers or not? You called me back and making things more complicated and difficult to access my money and still you are now asking about linked numbers I don’t remember but I gave my logins
I won R3000 on the 25th and since then I cannot withdraw - my account is blocked and you are failing to update my number and do my facial verification.
Are you intentionally making things difficult so I cannot get my money back? Is this your strategy to frustrate me until I give up on my own money?
I have called many times and sent my ID with a photo as requested, with no feedback.
I request that you unblock my account and pay my winnings immediately. If 064 numbers are a problem on your system, tell me straight.
