Betway ewallet under routine maintenance for the entire day 🙆🏼♂️🙆🏼♂️🙆🏼♂️

I'm disappointed in Betway. I withdrew ewallet yesterday and got the SMS today morning to withdraw it. When I dial *120*277# and choose the Betway ewallet it says it's under routine maintenance. I've spoken with Betway helpline more than 5 times, they keep on telling me to check after 2 hours and update them, some even asked me to refresh my phone by switching it off. I even requested to cancel the ewallet since I'm not able to withdraw it. I'm disappointed beyond words can describe Betway 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
