Betway eft clearance

I made an eft payment too betway on Saturday and my funds still haven't gotten to my account..I have called many times I get the same answer "give it 48 hours" it's been 3days now and still nothing..the call center is useless and the live chat is worse..how can you trace a payment for 3days and I did a pay and clear and emailed my proof of payment but they are still looking for it..its completely useless I regret joining betway..
