Betway don't want to pay wings on Aviator game when it is a draw

I played the Aviator game and on multiple times the fly away time and my auto cash out time which I selected is the same i.e both 1.60 and Betway refuses to payout I always looses.

I sent a complaint to support@betway and the came back with some silly reason, I then asked of a copy of the, because on a Google search it clearly same that I must win if it the same. They just said they dot deal with such quiers

I the lodge a complaint with the the cabling boards and are waiting one there repo y
