Betway doesn't want to pay me out cause of there systems failing

Too whom it may concern Reynaldo hear I am so upset with the betways app and with betway themselves however I have made a soccer bet slip on 18.12.2024 consisting of 12 games that was played how ever all my games I selected have won! placed a bet of a R100 and my return came to R82000 also might I add I could cash out on R35000 and it didn't want to do so even though there was no lock on it I left it as came to the closing minutes of the last game on the 75th minute Sporting Lisbon as been in the lead 1-0 and I checked my slip it showed I could cash R59000 how ever again I couldn't do cash out and keep in mind that there was no lock on since 1.30am I've been on a call with betway spocken to 3 different consultants with them having to tell me it was system error hence I couldn't cash out but who is liable for there system being messed up them and all they say they are sorry I should try again my thing is you should keep your customers happy also I have made contact with them again to address the matter with the boss by the name of Johnathan Bloomberg they then told me that they can see that a manager must give me a call I'm still waiting 3 hours down the line the is so pathetic for there systems having to fail the client must just accept every time in which they are a well established business they should take responsibility for there systems failing
