Betway disappointment

I placed a bet on a 7s rugby game ..Fiji vs.France.

My wager was for a Fiji win.

The game was drawn and had to go into extra Time. Sudden death.

Fiji scored and won the game.

Betway now refusing to payout. The say the game was a draw as extra time is not taken into account.
