Betway didnt live up to their word this time
Always loyal to Betway and always rewarded , I normally ask every 3 to 4 months about my relationship bonus and this time on social media they rep**** saying yes and will be done, I was happy but its been empty promises. I still play and remain loyal but noy happy. Its a give and take i get that but when you set the precedent on certain things please keep your promises. I see on social media people getting and showing off R1000s of relationship bonus given and wonder what am I doing wrong.

12 May 2026, 22:09So as expected, a miss call was made and than a standardized email. You claim to have stopped these relationship bonuses awarded to players however maybe go check social media as people are getting them and gloating however I get the email saying its now stopped. What's the point if you going to call and say the same thing that was scripted from the email. Guys why let me down now, check our historical data together and tell me?
Maybe also see what others are saying on socials before telling me otherwise. Im not holding you guys to ransom just asking for some loyalty and actual customer relations... I have given you a fair turn around time and. Sorry im not happy hey
