Betway deposits mystery.

I'm very disappointed in betway......I deposited money into their account but unfortunately it never ever reaches them....and when you Query or inform them.....then all you ever hear is "the matter is escalated".....I have literally 5 deposits that never made it to them. They want proof of payment.....after I used their own site to deposit the money. The only proof I have is a bank statement......and they know that.....but also thank you for the delayed and no service. Coz my first deposit I noticed that reflect happened on the 21st of September. I was told it'll be rectified in 24-48 hours.....I haven't received a cent, or at least paid into my account, I last heard from whomever two days ago.....after I continously called and send emails. I have honestly sent out 12 emails. Eftclearance, support, fica.....they don't even respond immediately.....I've sent bank statements. Smses I don't know what to do anymore. I can't.....please betway don't make go to another betting site, help then I'll definitely rate you more......
