Betway deposit still not reflecting after 10 days

I have made two deposits on betway on the 13 March 2021 however the deposit was not reflecting, I have called the customer services numerous times and all I was told is my issue has been escalated. I sent all my proof of payment and I was informed 3-5 working days the money will reflect. It’s 10 days down the line my deposits still not reflecting and I have again and again called the customer service and I was told my issue still being escalated. This is very disappointing I believe I have been patient enough at one stage I was on a call being put on Hold for 39 minutes and call was cut off yet still my issue not resolved. This is so unfair
