Had a query that i struggled to resolve. a gentlemen named Tony from BetwayCare stepped in and assisted. Initially it was resolved in a very pleasant manner within 24 hours of being in contact with Tony. I learned in this process that as clients we tend to skip terms and conditions and they are there as guidelines. But all in all the situation was resolved and I'm a happy client.
