Betway.. Can't delete my account or my information..

Not happy, I signed up to betway awhile ago, and I've been trying to not only reset my password, but I have also tried to get my account deleted because one, I don't ever use it, but now that I am trying to get them to delete my account, "they can't because my ID is on the system" but they require an ID to set up an account but now they cant delete an account and can only block it??? it's not acceptable in the least.. I want my account deleted and as a customer have a right to ask this and have this done..
