Betway Cancelled My Winning UK49 Teatime Bet Unfairly

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with Betway regarding my winning UK49 Teatime bet on 25 April 2025. I placed a bet with the numbers 3, 30, 37, and based on the official results (3, 24, 30, 33, 37, 38 and Booster 49), I won R14,035.

However, Betway posted incorrect results on their platform (3, 24, 28, 30, 33, 37 and Booster 49), and later cancelled my bet, claiming a mistake on their side. I was refunded only R700, which was the amount I used to place the bet.

This is completely unfair, especially considering that other users who played the same draw received their winnings. I have proof of my bet and the correct results, and I have tried to resolve this directly with Betway, but they are refusing to pay out my rightful winnings.

I am now seeking help through HelloPeter to hold Betway accountable for this clear error and ensure I receive my full winnings of R14,035. This kind of treatment is unjust and disappointing, especially from a licensed betting platform.
