Betway betslip disappeared

My bets dI made 6 bets on the 29/11/2025 but they disappeared, I checked in the settled tab and still the best were not there, I tried to chat the agents but they ask me for the betslip ID and they can't help, Betway I don't recommend until for every bet you make they must immediately send you a betslip you've just made same as Hollywood bets which I recommend.
