Betway betrayed me

I made an EFT withdrawal of R2050 this morning at 4:22 am. Around 7am I went and track my withdrawal only to find that my withdrawal has been reversed and there was new withdrawal of R2095 that was 1Voucher. I quickly ran to my inbox and found message with 1Vouvher number. I have no idea who made that withdrawal my last withdrawal was EFT of R2050. I tried to trace the voucher because it says is invalid when I load it had no luck. I called Betway they are not taking my calls, tried chart box kept on saying they will refer my matter to the relevant agent same as their Facebook page I got the same response. When I call 1Voucher they requested for reference number which I don't have because I didn't make that withdrawal. This is not fair at all
