Betway bet disappeared

I played as usual betting sports game. On the 3rd of January 2025. Was winning with the ticket for R36000 and some change. One game was still on. The next thing the ticket has disappeared not on settled tickets nowhere and i won that day. Please assist. Tried live chat nothing.
