Betway account hacked

Im very disappointed at them someone manged to get hold of my logging details after i withdrew my winnings they reversed it and change my banking details to theirs . So when i called betway to find out why my money hasnt reflected on my site thats when i realised i was hacked i asked for the account number that the money went to . I was told unfortunately due to the popi act they cant share that with me they are sorry for my loss.. but now what puzzles me is that my account was compromised and im their customer but they not willing to assist me but they protecting a ********..
