Betway account hacked

I placed a bet and won R500 and I didn't cash out my winnings but got busy at work and in my lunch time when I went back to play again my winnings was gone. After contacting or chatting toe the bot they told me I withdrew the money via standard bank cash send which I did not. I explained my story and the agent just advised me the account will be lock and that there is nothing they can do seeing that the money was withdrawn. My account was hacked and after I spoke to them I received an sms with the voucher number and pin but when I went to withdraw it at the ATM money was gone and on the instant money app it showed the money was withdrawn just before I spoke to them.

Really pathetic.
