Betway – Absolutely Unacceptable Service!

I made a withdrawal on 8 September 2026, and as of today, 11 September, I STILL have not received my voucher or my money.

I have tried calling Betway’s customer service with NO success. I then spent HOURS waiting on live chat, only to get nowhere. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.

I urgently needed this money, and Betway has left me helpless, frustrated and without any proper explanation or support.

How can a company take customers' money but make it nearly impossible to get assistance when there is a problem?

Betway needs to stop ignoring customers and resolve my withdrawal immediately. This level of service is disgraceful.
