Betway a nightmare to deal with

Dealing with Betway has been a nightmare this is the 2nd issue i have experienced in less than a week. First was my account was inactive now i cant make a withdrawal i tried withdrawing via the atm option of which the waiting time was 72 hours for the transaction to be processed . today marks 72 hours and guess what the money has been reversed back into my betway account. Tried the eft option and now can't log into the account . Tried phoning 5 times and all 5 times couldn't get a hold of 1 agent.
