Betway
On the 16 of June 2024 I played soccer on betway and won R16000 and I made withdrawal unfortunately my bank account limit is R14000 and the payment was R16000 and they sent me proof of payment showing that the payment has been made but even today I never got my money.They keep telling me to go to my banker(fnb) to request them to reverse the money and I have been to fnb many times and I have been told one thing that the sender should be the one to reverse the money into my betway account because it won't go through if there are any errors.Betway hasn't paid my money even today

26 Jun 2024, 07:56I have called your agents many times from the 17 June 2024 until yesterday in the 25 June 2024 been told one thing that I should go back to my banker,I have sent you emails emails and you haven't responded to me.The HR manager(Thabiso) called me on Friday afternoon and he said he will do the follow up and come back to me on sunday afternoon but he never did.All I get from betway is promises.
