Hi, I would thank MR Itumeleng M for his assistance, every other person at Betway doesn't ever help, i really appreciate his kindness and humbleness towards me as betway has been giving me a lot of problems recently. BETWAY Please give this man a Raise!!!! He deserves A 1000 Stars

Thank you for the review - As explained over the call held two days ago, the "Deposit Voucher" in question is actually an airtime voucher, as per feedback by our service provider.
The disputed casino payouts were paid into your Betway account as "real-time, rolling payouts". The transaction audit conducted showed no discrepancies.
