I've made an eft more than 24hrs ago. I called and messaged. They said they will escalate it. It's more than 3 hours since I've called. No response. I've submitted proof of payment thrice. They want people to forget they made deposits so that they can use the money

Ive made the payment yesterday at 14h00, 48hrs from there will be tomorrow at 14h00. If I don't receive the payment. Kindly put the funds back into my account.
