I've been playing on betway any everything was fine I've been have no issues with withdrawals then all of a sudden I played and won I withdraw my winnings twice and normally takes about an hour for money to come into my account but yesterday i didn't not receive any money at all I tried to log in to betway then it said my account was locked then I tried contacting betway on messenger then they tell me my account is under review that's why it has been locked then they asked me to send my details ect and I ask them what happen to my money that I didn't not receive then they said the money has been paid but not into my account into someone else's account so I question them and ask how can they send my money to another account I've never given my account details or shared it with anyone and now I didn't receive my money and they will not refund my money cause it's already been processed then they tell me that they cannot verify that I have not given my details out and cannot refund my money or get it back how dose someone else's details get on to your account I don't understand absolutely disappointed and frustrated that they sent my money that I won to someone else and won't refund me.. Please be careful they they don't send your money to someone else
