Betwau refusing to give my money

4 months ago I loaded two blu vouchers on to my betway account and the money never, to this day, showed in my account balance. I have done everything they asked escalated this many times now and every time I get told that I need to wait 24 -48 hours for them to credit my money to my account but they have never done this
