Betsaver not credited

Betsaver not paid out,I have 19 bet savers that are not credited. I sent them email on *** and still did not get any repond. I call their call centre of which I held for more then 45 minutes if not an hour and Chris promised to assist me but nothing was done. It might be small rands but imagine how many people are not being paid out. So basically they cheating millions of rands as there are many people using betway
