Been waiting for assistance to trace withdrawal

I withdrew R47 300 from Betway on 26 December 2022, from an Easy Zero Acc. I got an sms from Betway saying money will reflect in my Acc soon, I waited longer than usual then contacted Betway, I was told to email my bank statement, and that they will trace the money and put it back into my Betway account then I can withdraw with my cheque acc, I sent the statement but I still don’t have the money, everyday I call I get a different story, I was told to go to the bank, I did but they said the money didn’t get into my account at all as the Acc has a limit of 14k and the money would have gone back where it came from. Everyday I call I get a different story, today I went to the bank again, th consultant I spoke to from Betway wasn’t helpful. I asked that they please ask their banking team to check with ABSA bank if the money hasn’t gone back to them so that they can reinstate the payment, but I am told about POP, I am not disputing that They didn’t send the money, just that I haven’t received it and they don’t seem to be able to help.
