Bandile assisted me today. He is very passionate about his job... I was so frustrated. Before I spoke to him, I spoke to 3 of your agent and they couldn't assist me. Please give Bandile a promotion. He is very calm and professional. He even called me back I think 3 times to ensure that my issue was resolved. Give that man a Bells👏🏽
