Bad service with no progress on my withdrawal
I have made a withdrawal and still has not been approved or sent for verification it has been pending since yesterday

Please see below all our available withdrawal methods. All methods carry a processing time of 24 hours, some could process faster than others.
1. EFT Bank Transfer: No processing to 3rd parties
2. ABSA Cash Send: Please ensure your registered cell is active to receive SMS messages
3. FNB eWallet: Not available to Passport Holders
4. Standard Bank Instant Money: Please ensure your registered cell is active to receive SMS messages
5. Nedbank Send iMali: No processing on Sundays
6. MTN Momo: Immediate Payment
7. 1ForYou Withdrawal: Cannot be redeemed for cash
8. Airtime/data: Cannot be redeemed for cash
