Bad service to long/ loyal customers

Betway has really changed, they giving bad service to their loyal customers, i had host who was assigned to me, i had to ask where he is as i have not heard from him for months why they don't update their customers even the new host didn't even see a need to introduce him self, they taken out the manual bonuses which makes worse as we loosing lot of my money, when its my birthday month i used to get 2500 bonus before my date but in my birthday month, i have send email no response this is really bad especially with us who play everyday and for many years, Betway better look after they long service clients they can see you have been loosing for almost 3 weeks they won't even give you a relationship bonus like before, this is very bad with this Betway Premier
