Bad service terrible communication
BETWAY SA, why can’t we withdraw our money on your app? while when you take it, it doesn’t go under any investigation & we contact you guys you don’t respond or assist us. Ive sent numerous emails with no response. You blocked my account with no explanation and refused to payout my withdrawals. I need answers and my money refunded. I see this is a trend as most complaints are regarding withholding withdrawals and then deactivating customers accounts.
