Bad service

I wrote a bad review on hellopeter towards betway and then a consultant calls me to compare stats accumalated on platform which i contested , as an unhappy customer betway locked my account. Betway dont your customers have freedom of speech? May we not or complain? So you have just proven to your customers that its the betway or noway at all. This is pathetic betway, and yes i have recordings and screenshots to prove my case here!
