Bad service and unprofessionalism
Always bad service and experience with Betway when I want to withdraw winnings, always asking for Fica docs which they never update. I have been sending them Fica docs since March but each time I need to withdraw they can't assist and claim they are still awaiting my docs. Now I have been chatting to their staff member Yanda, very rude, takes time to respond and after 3rd question never bothered to respond but exited the chat. Now I'm stuck helpless and I have been warned numerous times by former Betway customers because of the same issue. Very unprofessional. No one even bothers to rectify or apologise
