Bad Service
Betway SA, I've been trying to withdraw my money from the 13th of April. Till this day I don't have my money. I called multiple times to Customer service. They always give me a different story. Yesterday I spoke to Agent Ashley and he promised me that my money will be in my bank account this morning 20/04/23. Nothing happened. I went ahead and spoke to one of the Agents and he told me that I had to wager with all the amount I had in my account. I did that and luckily won. Trying to withdraw again. Nothing happened. Now they telling me that I have to Wager with a R1000. The stories changes Everytime. I've really had a very bad experience with Betway SA.

I fully agree on making multiple Blu voucher recharge which I bought with my own money. Right now every Agent I communicate with tells me that my account is fine. I should do a withdrawal and I will receive my money. One of them told me to make a bet with all the amount in my account there after I'll be able to withdraw. Which I did and I won, Betway. I managed to make bets amounting to the amount you guys asked me to wage. And Still I haven't received my withdrawal. I don't know if I have to lose all my money on Betway or what's happening here. Yesterday you guys gave me a number and I made bets way over that number on Aviator. What is the problem now that I cannot get my winnings??
