Bad service

Good day Betway staff and management unfortunately I got hacked again on the 3rd of October or rather let me say a night before cause I was still struggling to withdraw and I called betway call centre they then closed mt betway account i sent verification documents on Saturday morning then yesterday I received a msg saying verification was successfully then I was requested to reset my password which i did then after I called betway and I was told by Nomathemba that the account will be reopened in 24hours i called this morning to check whats happening i got another different story and im told my account will be unlocked in 24hours..what makes.me mad is that I was reassured that after my for verification I.wont be hacked but I was i am now uncomfortable with this account i don't feel safe anymore because Im getting hacked and I don't share my password with anyone including my family but sane thing keeps happening and worse part i cannot withdraw so my funds are supposed to stay on my betway account and not be withdrawn or someone will withdraw on my behalf as usually can someone please assist me im tired with whats happening into my betway account. 🥹🥹🥹
