Bad poor service
I registered with betway on the 25 September 2024,o pted in to recieve casino bonus for first deposit bonus. I further choose on their portal a promotion. I deposited 50rand,and was given 12, 50 and I wager which I completed and I never recieved all those winnings I did not recieve my deposit bonus as well. Had a chat and the agent promised I will recieve deposit bonus today. I've been sending endless emails, tried contact them on social platforms they just ignore my existence. Emails are not responded. U wait 1hour on their chat service and they disconnect you purposely. Poor service, useless agents, chatting services poor. Nothing positive from my expirience. Contact number ***

I gave u all my details, what is difficult with you responding on my emails if you can't get hold of me. Stop making excuses and give me the bonus as promised. Ur agents keep saying within 48hours.im using the number that I gave you. Just advice me if you will be able to give me the bonus you have been promising to or not so I can move forward
