Bad Customer Service

I placed a bet on Wednesday morning at 09:30 and my ticket has won but it has not been paid up until today. Been calling and sending messages on the betway chat. They keep on telling me the ticket has not been resulted. The consultants are rude on the chats and they disconnect you if they don't have answers.I have been promised a feedback on call and nothing has ever happened. This is the worst service I have ever got from Betway. I need my money and I am afraid I might have a long wait before I get it only if I am going to get it.
