BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
Since August 30th, Betslip ID:********** has not been resolved. NO feedback, apart from a response 2 days later stating it's been escalated and feedback can be expected in 24-48hrs.... Nothing
Countless mails was not responded to. Contact center had me on hold for almost 15mins
Live chat just as useless, never ever get to chat to an agent.
Quick to settle a losing slip l, but forever to resolve a winning
