Bad and disaapointung experince, cant log on to my account after I made a withdrawal which I didnt even receive, have been in contact with them but still no assistance.

Very bad experience with no assistance, I have sent an email, messege the through X and have been contacting them through live chat since the 14th August 2026 but have not even got hold of an agent to assist with my account
