Appalling service.

Betway is one of the prominent sport betting platfroms I have come to use and utilise over the years of my online betting experience and it is with dismay that I have recently been appalled by the experience I have had over a week,once companies or institutions gain bigger recognition and reputation their customer focus somewhat deteriorates. I have been trying to do a mere withdrawal on my account for over a week,having to be queried and been relayed from one customer service consultant to the next without progress or conclusion to my query. I have made three withdrawal requests since 7th November 2021 via Absa Cash Send,Nedbank Sendimali and again absa cash send after submitting and conforming to all required processes such as submitting fica documents on 8th and 11th respectively I am yet to receive my withdrawal instead all I get is "wait for the feedback" and countless pillar to post "please allow 24-72 hour" turn around promises the last straw was this morning where by a consultant by the name of Khotso advised me of receipt of my documents for fica om 8th and 11th but when asked why it hadnt been acted on he just conveyed his apologies I need an answer as to the complacency and when I can get my due funds so I can invest them in another platform because I have on previous occasions done and requested withdrawals successfully without any red tape even a couple of weeks ago I requested a withdrawal which came through way within the recommended trurn around time,betway must also change the turn around time criteria on all withdrawal methods to "follow up after 4-5 days" and not the stipulated ones which are and have been misleading. I dont have to follow up on a request sent through to betway as if I have control of their systems it should be betway doing that and please re-evaluate client service consultant proficiency once in a while give them case studies as to how to deal with a variety of matters when contacted. I need my funds processed and a withdrawal made on my account as soon as possible so I can venture elsewhere as far qs online sports betting is concerned.
