Account locked without consent - balance can't be withdrawn now

I have been using Betway for 2 months or so. I had a live chat with one of their agents and asked what the process was to lock an account. I jokingly said something about wanting to lock as it was addictive (I even had the "lol") in that statement so he could see I was joking. he told me the process and I said I would contact them when I'm ready to lock it. This morning, my account was locked without any communication or consent and I cant withdraw my balance. I'm so ****ed and I just want my money out!!!! the balance is a R1000 and I had requested a withdrawal of R500 when I spoke to the agent enquiring about the lock. how the hell do i get my money out? you can keep you lock but I want my money out
