Account locked for more than a week without giving a reason
My Betway account has been locked for more than a week now, and I tried contacting support@betway via email and live chat, but they are not giving me a reason why my account has been locked or what is needed for them to unlock it. I want to know if they can refund my money because I had money in my account.
