Account Hacked and Winnings Withdrawn

I recently placed a bet on Betway and was fortunate enough to win. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, I discovered that someone had hacked into my account and withdrawn the funds. Naturally, I contacted Betway’s customer support, hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they shifted the blame onto me, claiming I either gave someone my password or used a weak one.

This response was incredibly frustrating, especially since I’m certain my account was compromised due to their lack of proper security measures. After all, I’ve seen multiple complaints like mine, yet Betway seems to be doing very little to address the security issues on their platform. It feels like they’re more focused on blaming customers rather than ensuring the safety of their users.

Because of this experience, Betway has lost me as a customer. I strongly urge them to improve their security and take customer concerns more seriously. Losing trust in a platform like this is not something any customer should experience.
